Art House Summer Exhibition

Whakatāne Society of Arts and Crafts

Many of my artworks, along with my crochet and some very cute handmade cards are available to view and all are for sale also at the Art House Summer Exhibition in Whakatāne from the 13th of December through to the 11th January 2026.  There are also many other talented artists featured, and so many great Christmas gift ideas or souvenirs available, come and check it out! The Art House is at the corner of McAlister and Short Streets.  I will also be doing a live demo on the 27th of December all day.

Open Studios

All my work is available to view in person at my home studio in Ōhope.  During Winter and Spring I plan to have open studios most months, usually one or two Saturdays.  However, I can open up almost any day if you send me a message.  Check out my process, my works in progress and a few goodies that don't make it onto my website!

The Framer Gallery

Several of my paintings, including the four remaining unsold works from my latest series, "Layers of Becoming", are currently on display at The Framer Gallery in Whakatāne.

This series was created through a time lapse canvas process - layered moods and thoughts in layers on the canvas - each painting in this series explores different facets of my journey of becoming. Featuring abstract forms, layered textures and soft palettes, these paintings are not about resolution, but about presence, about what was and what is emerging, an invitation to feel, reflect, and witness your own becoming 💕

Healing isn’t linear - it’s layered and textured - it’s quiet and loud, soft and sharp, all at once. This new series is a visual meditation on the emotional landscapes we move through as we mend, remember and re-emerge.
